MAPS OF LIBYA II

Before U.N Resolution 1973 was passed, the aircraft carriers
USS Enterprise, USS Bush, USS Kearsarge, USS Ponce,
Principe de Asturias, and the Charles de Gaulle
were within striking-range of Libya.
British jet fighters had been pre-positioned on Crete.
U.S. Marines had been pre-positioned on Malta.
Message being sent to:
Gaddafi - "Do not fuck with US";
the Rebellion - "we're on your side";
Libyan Military General Staff - "To avoid Shock & Awe,
do a Coup d'Etat.
Why was this not done this year for Tunisia, or Egypt,
or Yemen, or Syria,
or Bahrain (home of the U.S. 5th Fleet)?
OR, since February 2003 in Sudan (Darfur).

Mr. Obama: If ground troops are "off-the-table",
why then the Kearsarge, the Ponce and the Marines on Malta?
